Interview
The interview had two stages - HR screening via phone and a 10-minute Webex video meeting with a manager. Both very easy but I felt a lack of their interest in me and my personality. There were no behavioral questions, only questions related to public transport in my area and my knowledge of navigation apps. Nobody checked my language knowledge, although specific language was required.
The HR department was responsive to my emails but basically avoided answering some of my questions, or the responses were unclear. I got a feeling that the company is very disorganized. I also did not get a chance to speak to my future team leader/manager during the process.

Random test of out of nothing no personal questions, they only talk and hard to react to anything, better to prepare some public transport question and how to write correctly the name of the streets

Interview
The interview process was short, consisting of two stages. However, the process was unprofessional. The interviewer was unprepared for the questions and the process itself, and the details the recruiter provided to the candidate were changed without informing me at the start. The feedback I received from my last interview didn’t make sense, particularly regarding my location. I had already informed the recruiter at the beginning of the process about where I lived and when I could start working. If my location was going to be an issue, why was I invited to the final interview?
