Interview
CTS's HR person called me up and requested to come down for a F2F interview. What happened after that can only be described as a "horrible experience". Here it goes:
* After reaching their office, I had to wait at the lounge for about 20-30 minutes.even though I told them I was coming from my office and have to go back but had no luck!
* The HR who called me up was there and was desperately trying to find somebody who can interview me - he finally found someone who ushered me to the room, finally!
* The entire interview was of about 40-45 minutes.
* The interviewer was completely a textbook based robot who hardly thinks out of the box, not keen to learn new things, throws another question when you're already explaining something and most importantly, what he thinks is the ONLY solution to a problem!
* The questions were mainly concentrated to few areas which apparently goes to show that his knowledge and experience was limited to those domains only.
* His English was TERRIBLE and at times I was really finding it difficult to comprehend what he was saying.
In a nutshell, I was highly disappointed with this experience - an IT giant like CTS should have surely arranged somebody competent to conduct an interview for an experienced candidate!
Although they're yet to get in touch with me regarding this interview but I have sort of made my mind...
I have applied through Naukri. Two round Technical interview. First round was telephonic . and second round was video call. asked basics on SharePoint Online, Power Apps concept,Power Automate.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Cognizant (New Delhi) in July 2021
Interview
It took 1 week . Got call from consultancy. It was for permanent role with cognizant. There were 2 technical rounds . 1 telephonic discussion (technical) for 50 min . And after within 2 days I got a call from cognizant hr for my 2 nd tecnical round .it lasted 45 min.after clearing it I got call from hr for salary discussion. Within a week they released offer letter.

Interview
The interview process was simple with questions asked based on work experience. The recruitment process and the recruitment team was completely supportive towards me. They gave me few tips on improvement towards my skill set.
