We had an assessment of Mcqs + coding ,
based on cuttoff score we will have interview (TR+HR) for either Gen c Next and Gen C Elevate. I got opportunity for Gen C Next and I had both interviews after few weeks of test conducted through superset platform. After interviews I got my results through college TPO after 20 days of interview.

Interview
Easy- Medium with 3 rounds. First was HR screening and followed by a Live Technical round. The last round was management round. We also had a client technical round. That was also live technical round on advanced javascript and react questions.

Had online assessment. Once you get selected in that you will be moved to technical +HR round and the final offer. It took around 2 months to get the result. Assessment was easy - medium.
