Interview
First would be the Technical round and then will be the manager round. Technical round questions revolves around Team Lead process and Manager round revolves around Project management process. Finally comes the HR round for confirmation and Salary negotiation
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Winston-Salem, NC)

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
