Interview
There were 3 rounds basically, though for some 4 rounds were also taken. First round was simple aptitude test, second round was a detailed discussion from the resume. The interviewer might ask a few questions if he has any idea of your field. Third round is HR interview.
I have joined through campus placement, 1st round is assessment with psuedo codes, english, aptitude questions. 2nd round is interview with technical persons then last round is HR. Then i got internship opportunity for 3months. If we clear that internship then we will get offer letter with in 20 -30 days.
I attended three rounds in the Cognizant interview process: Aptitude, Communication, and Technical rounds. The interview experience was smooth and professional. I successfully completed all rounds, but after the technical round, I did not receive any further update or email from the company Cognizant Technology Solutions

It was easy and good only three rounds hr assessment manager ops . Only good communication with proper knowledge is needed . Only this I can describe can't describe any thing more.
