Interview
Interview was a breeze. I was already known to the client. So it was a ten to fifteen minute phone conversation before sending the offer.I was working from Offshore for the same team. The client asked some of the ongoing issues in the project and asked how innovative i would suggest solutions to the ongoing issues.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Winston-Salem, NC)

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
