The interview process at Cognizant consisted of one combined round that included both technical and HR questions. The technical part focused on the technology I selected (e.g., Java, Python, etc.), and most of the questions were based on that domain, such as core concepts, practical applications, and basic coding.
After the technical discussion, the interviewer asked some HR questions related to my strengths, weaknesses, willingness to relocate, and team collaboration.
Overall, the process was smooth and the interviewer was friendly and supportive.
