Got a phone call from an admin to set up phone interview with hiring manager. The appointed day comes and the manager is a no show. Sent emails to try to get the process back on track and did not hear from the admin for a couple of days who said this was a "scheduling error". Finally had the phone interview with the hiring manager which went well, or at least I thought it did. I got ghosted. Not the courtesy and professionalism of a single response back from the hiring manager or the admin, just like the others who interviewed for this position. The lack of respect and professionalism must be part of the corporate culture here. I had done some research and found that this position has been open a number of times over the past couple of years with incumbents bolting to better corporations. So in a way this ghosting is a blessing.

Phone interview, then a panel interview where they ask you to present "on a topic of your choice" and grill you with questions. Told me I was great, asked me for references, and never heard from them again. Tons of prep for an entry level job and no decency to let me know I wasn't selected.
