This was an initial conversation. The interviewer was positive, open, and forthcoming. It resulted in an invitation for further talks to meet other lawyers and to learn more about their practice, which was impressive in all respects.

Very thorough, very interactive. Met with multiple partners and associate attorneys. I met with associates in small groups and partners one on one and then was escorted to the next interview.
