I sent in my resume and was contacted pretty quickly to come in for an interview. I interviewed with 3 separate people on-site (Atlanta office). That went very well and I was scheduled to speak with someone in another office. That was scheduled within a week and that conversation also went well. She told me that they would get back to me. That was on a Monday. I followed up with the hiring manager about 8 days later, and recieved no response. I followed up two weeks later, and recieved no response. I did see through LinkedIn searching that they did hire somone, but never had the decency to respond to me at all. This is too bad because I am currently in a position that I will be making decisions about choosing an agency to hire and I most certainly will not consider them after this unprofessional experience.

interview with 4 people + client interview over skype. Interviews were mostly casual in nature and informational. My more informational interviews occurred over coffee and i had an interview in the office where I met with one person. My interview was in the Cohn and Wolfe New York office and the casual ones were at coffee shops around the area. I was offered to interview with the CEO and North America lead but declined.
