Long, expensive and painful. I passed the interview with the CEO (that by the way is the owner of the company and his review here is biased) They didn't follow basic GDPR rules, employment rules or common basic hiring rules. I provided several documents, contacts from ex colleagues and employees for background check but they kept forcing to do kyc in a platform that is used for crypto trading and that have nothing to do with background check. They hire junior staff in places with zero to very little compliance and is doing this very often. glassdoor deleted my previous review and from another person that did an interview what can cause several problems with people to have their ids stolen os missused. Do not trust this company.
