1. Mettl test as screening round, 2. Interviewed by Engineering lead of company, seems person worked on Development side and was interviewing a Manual tester without peer Testing team member in Panel. I feel other Testing interview experiences written for CoinDCX on Glassdoor/other job sites very much relevant and CoinDCX Manual Tester interviews are not taken by persons with thorough Test knowledge and proves to be Time wastage. I waited for Interview as it was my work-profile matching job :) To HR: Take re-interviews of failed applicants. I am not writing just because i was not selected but, i had taken interviews and I know process with success stories over time.
