I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Coinbase in July 2017
Interview
Interviewed with HR on 2 separate occasions. I was later invited for 3 separate back to back interviews with management and an analyst. Very professional with a laid back vibe. Everything was done remotely as this was a remote position.

Question 1
On average, how many support tickets do you get through on a daily basis?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Coinbase in Oct 2018
Interview
3 hangouts interviews followed by final face to face interview. In total, spoke to 7 people (6 managers and 1 recruiter). The process was not difficult, interviews were conversational and everyone asked the same questions. HR focused on company values questions. Quick follow up at the end of each interview. However, the process was too long and, all in all, I felt like I wasted my time. I was told only at the final stage that they were looking for someone having more experience and more passion for Crypto/Coinbase. This is something they should have assessed during the first interview, not after 4+ weeks. Also, is not clear how they assess experience (no skills review, no tests ...). All in all, l felt like Yes/No were based purely on managers feelings/guts.
