Cold Spring Country Club interview questions

I thought that it was tremendously unprofessional. I could not believe a person at this level could say the things he did. He was discriminatory about certain ethnic backgrounds and the appearance of his workers and mutual contacts in the service industry. He made off color remarks about people I know and people that I have worked for and in the past. I asked him to keep the fact that I was interviewing a secret and he called a colleague at my present job and it was repeated back to my present boss at the time. Before I left my job he called my manager and presented a resume for a potential replacement.
