Interview
Went through 2 phone interviews and an in-person interview prior to being hired. HR person was the first contact and was very friendly, Second Interview consisted of a phone interview with both the HR director and the project manager. The third interview was an in-person interview with the HR director and the Vice President for the division for which I was being hired.

Interview
The interview was held over the phone and via Skype. I met with the staff I would work with. The staff was comprised of an instructional design lead, who I chatted with briefly. A couple of the designers came in and said hellos but it was a brief chat. Most of the interview was with the Human Resources manager to discuss requirements for me to become hired.
