I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Colgate-Palmolive (Piscataway, NJ) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview process was smooth and relaxed. I must say they did not really ask any technical questions. They care more about your willingness to learn and adapt. Everyone in the building is really laid back and love their job. That really says something about the environment and culture there that I loved.
The interview process was pretty easy going. Started with a video call. There was no pressure whatsoever. Questions were not technical based rather people based which makes sense for an internship position.

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Colgate-Palmolive (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2016
Interview
Brilliant experience. Interviewers seemed knowledgeable - not keen on nitpicking but on finding more about me in a fun and non-serious way. They focused on my future capabilities more than what I had already done.
