I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Colgate-Palmolive (Piscataway, NJ) in July 2013
Interview
Most of the process is standard. Based on what I saw your qualifications do not matter. It's all about who you know. They have a list of standard questions that they typically ask. They make it seem as if you will be doing project work and innovation, but in reality all you are is a technician that mostly does batch work.

Question 1
How would you act in a situation where you did not get along with a coworker? (Basically retail store questions)
The interview process was pretty easy going. Started with a video call. There was no pressure whatsoever. Questions were not technical based rather people based which makes sense for an internship position.

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Colgate-Palmolive (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2016
Interview
Brilliant experience. Interviewers seemed knowledgeable - not keen on nitpicking but on finding more about me in a fun and non-serious way. They focused on my future capabilities more than what I had already done.
