I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview process included response to questions, HR interview, work samples, panel interview, and final interview. The panel discussion had 2 staff members. I would say the process is not difficult. They do not inform you on status of application if you do move forward or if the status of the position they are hiring for changes.

Question 1
Standard questions, why the organization, how do your skills align, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning in July 2022
Interview
After applying, I was emailed several questions to answer in writing, such as "In your own words, how would you describe social and emotional learning to a parent/caregiver?" From there, I had a phone screen with a recruiter who didn't work at CASEL but was contracted to help recruit for the position. After the phone screen, I was asked to submit writing samples. Then, I was invited to a Zoom interview with two members of the content team (ironically, the email scheduling this interview referred to it as a "first round" interview). That was in July... have heard nothing since. They did give me a timeline of their hiring process, which was ridiculously lengthy (at least 8 weeks) but I'm assuming I would have heard something by now if I was moving on to their "round 2" (in reality, round 5). For a place that claims to be about "social and emotional learning," they treat their candidates with social and emotional apathy.
