I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Collect Com Credit (Toronto, ON) in June 2012
Interview
I was invited in. Met an amazing male who was very friendly. He unfortunately was completely out of date with the commission structure and I accepted the job under false pretenses.
A background check is required, but a criminal record is not an issue.
You do have to get licensed to Collect in each province.
At CCC you have to pay $99 per pay for 10 pay cheques... Other agencies you only have to pay for your ON license and the company covers your other licenses.
