I applied online. I interviewed at Collective Health (New York, NY) in May 2026
Interview
My first interview was scheduled with some sort of internal HR person. She never made it to the interview and did not email to cancel. She apologized for missing and rescheduled. The interview was fine. Questions were appropriate. I then was notified that I was being interviewed by the manager. She also missed my interview. I didn't get any email to cancel. I notified the schedulers that I waited but no one showed up. They apologized on her behalf saying her meetings ran over and that she would reschedule. A few days later instead of a reschedule I was notified they already extended an offer and the person had accepted. Just writing here as the process seems very disorganized.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the scheduling oversights and the lack of communication you encountered, as this does not reflect the interview process we strive for. We have shared your experience with our recruiting leadership to ensure we improve our coordination and candidate communication moving forward.
Straight forward, multiple rounds, if the manager likes you the rest of the interview is with the teams you work with. It’s a fun interview process like a casual conversation but technical, sharing own experiences and solutions.
