Collega Educator interview questions

I interviewed for the educator position, which they made me jump through a million hoops and took months to complete. When they finally sent me the contract offer they told me I wasn’t good enough to be an educator and down graded me to a service provider. They then didn’t pay me for the first couple of pay periods because they didn’t submit the paperwork.
