College Park Family Care interview questions

3 interview process. First one was a phone interview, asking general questions like what are my strengths and weaknesses. Second was with the recruiter from the phone interview. Asking more specific questions like how do I handle difficult situations. Third interview was with the director of the department I was applying for. We did some role play and I was asked where I saw myself in 5 years, what are some of my goals in life, etc.
