I applied online. I interviewed at College Works Painting (Manhattan, KS) in Mar 2012
Interview
I applied online requesting information, they called me the same day to schedule a time to meet with me in person to give me some more in depth info. Then my future District Manager drove to Emporia to meet with me. The next step was a Reverse Interview with the VP, where I asked him questions. After that I had to call and get ahold of at least 2 alumni on the alumni call list they gave me. Talking to the alumni helped me decide that this was the right internship for me. After that I had a phone interview. After that I had to do an online personality assessment. Then, the Final Interview. It was an intense, but very satisfying interview process.

I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at College Works Painting (East Lansing, MI) in Feb 2020
Interview
Very shady and suspicious. The interviewer purposely will hide as much information from you as possible. They lack transparency and try to mislead you as much as possible. The interview process felt like a waste of time and I am thankful that I did not accept the offer. They would not take no for an answer and tried to get me to accept and I had to block their number for them to leave me alone.
