Starts with a phone interview, and then goes on to a casual interview at a local Starbucks. I had to take 2 personality tests, and come back for a second Starbucks interview before getting an offer. It seems they aren't looking for anything too specific, just someone who is interested in working hard and knows how to show up on time.
