Colloquio svolto online in lingua italiana, orientato alla presentazione del candidato e a determinare i requisiti di merito necessari alla selezione per il programma di Master. Poche e vaghe le domande tecniche improntate a determinare le capacità di ragionamento del candidato.

The first round was online interview, It was difficult because they tested as if we already had MBA. The second round was in person and was task based and put into groups and make a presentation.

If you have any chance to reconnect with one of your most influential connections, who would you contact first for a job or to ask for a coffee?
Why do you need an MBA, you can hire someone who does an MBA?
You are not European but most people in business administration is European, you understand that right? (was offensive remark personally)

Online Bewerbung, Online Bewerbertag mit 5min Pitch zur Masterthesis und 40min Einzelgespräch.
Die Präsentation sollte nicht unnötig lang oder zu sehr in die tiefe der Technik gehen. Kann für die darauffolgenden Gespräche aber eine gute Grundlage liefern. Im Zuge des 40minütigen Einzelgespräches wurden verschiedene Themen wie Ziele und Absichten der Zukunft, Warum CDI, Gehen Sie gerne voran, und weitere Fragen besprochen. Atmosphäre war voll in Ordnung aber auch nicht zu entspannt.
