The interview was very easy to schedule. I met with three different people including my immediate supervisor prior to the offer. They were all friendly and open regarding the position and expectations. I found that when they said they would get back to me by a specific date, they always came through.

The day after applying I received a phone call from the recruiter and had a brief 15 minute interview. A phone interview with the 3 hiring manager decision makers was scheduled for the next day. That interview lasted approximately 35 - 40 minutes.

The college has an Faculty Review Team that gets on-line with you in an Adobe Classroom and asks you to present a few of the slides with the corresponding text. They the ask you some questions about the material to see if you have the technical background.
