Interview
This was one of the poorest interview experiences I have ever had. I was contacted by the Talent Acquisition Officer for a 30 minute virtual interview for the DEI Specialist position. I arrived to the meeting 10 minutes early, only to have to wait 40 minutes because the interviewer never joined the call. After contacting the talent acquisition officer, the interviewer, and the backup person for the talent acquisition officer, I received no response and was essentially ghosted without an explanation. I am not sure if there was a mix up in communication, but it was a poor experience.
