Interview
It was fast and was not too detailed. Only had interview with HR and managing director.
No technical questions, all questions were about past experience and fit. I felt like interview was rushed.
Quick 30 minute screening call (no zoom for round 1) , asked basic questions about interest in the industry, coursework, and other questions to judge soft-skills. Overall pretty easy, and interviewer was very nice throughout the whole interview.

Quick screening call, about experiences in resume and why you want to work at colliers, as well as how comfortable you feel with different aspects of the job. What are your strengths and weaknesses.
15-20 minute call over the phone, first round audio only and not a video call. Interviewer was very friendly and conscious of time- call came on time and wrapped up promptly.
