cool, the interview was really hard ans i think maybe i should learn more about consulting and prep more cases before taking this interview, but i appreciate this opportunity to catch up with what the employees do in the office
Quick 30 minute screening call (no zoom for round 1) , asked basic questions about interest in the industry, coursework, and other questions to judge soft-skills. Overall pretty easy, and interviewer was very nice throughout the whole interview.

Quick screening call, about experiences in resume and why you want to work at colliers, as well as how comfortable you feel with different aspects of the job. What are your strengths and weaknesses.
15-20 minute call over the phone, first round audio only and not a video call. Interviewer was very friendly and conscious of time- call came on time and wrapped up promptly.
