I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Color
Interview
A pretty poor experience. I actually interviewed in February 2020, spoke with the hiring manager and didn't pass. Okay, fine. Last week a recruiter reached out to me again about the same role... I figured I would mention that last time they didn't find me to be a match, but that I would be open to a conversation to understand what changed about the role. When I spoke with the new recruiter - she wasn't even aware that I had applied in February (which I explicitly mentioned in my email to her!) and her questions were pretty much 'do you have experience with xyz' type of questions. I was then told that they would pass my resume along. Two days later, rejected again. At this point I feel as though Color wastes candidates time with inconsistent and sub-par screening criteria. I appreciate what they do as an org and their philanthropic initiatives, but geez, I wouldn't touch this org with a 10 foot pole.

Question 1
Literally "Do you have experience with X Y Z technologies" and "What is the extent of your role with X Y Z technologies?" no details on the role, no details on where the need is coming from, minimal details on team makeup.
