standard interview process with recruiter call, hiring manager meeting and then a panel interview. No set questions so be prepared for anything. Everyone was respectable and kind. Be prepared for questions to ask. The particular quality team seemed very green with the lab director not fully aware of some of the industry standards or best practices. Wasn't too surprised that growth exploded and now standards and quality are coming into focus.
