Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us a time when you had to share disappointing or otherwise difficult news to a student.
I applied online. I interviewed at Colorado Technical University (Aurora, CO) in May 2023
Interview
After applying for the role, I was fortunate enough to get a virtual interview. I tuned in at the allotted time and had a great conversation with the interviewer, but when asked why am I seeking a remote position, I said I have a disability that limits my mobility and that working remotely would be ideal for me in this situation. The interview ended. Shortly I received their rejection letter. This was 2 years ago. I have since attempted to apply for the same role - it's a position they seek to fill quite often, but every time I attempt to submit my application for it, I Immediately get the message that I've already applied. They have blocked me from applying for the job ever again!
Note to anyone attempting to work for Colorado Technical University: Don't tell them about any disabilities you may have. You will be permanently blocked from ever applying again.

Question 1
Why are you interested in taking on a remote role?
I applied online. I interviewed at Colorado Technical University
Interview
Was two rounds. First with manager then associate director. Pretty general questions, how do you work in remote environment? They were professional and nice. I believe if first round with managers you seem like a good fit they will then ask you to go to second round with associate director but I am not sure.
