The interview process at the beginning was great and all until they fell short and gave zero updates nor information to keep things in check of what is happening and whats going on. It is like they fell short of responsibilities and just did not do a professional job of keep people in the loop of whats going on, especially when asked. I reached out to them 3x to ask about the interview updates and they completely ghosted the whole process and did not follow up with anything.
Very offensive interaction and unprofessional.

What made you apply and what is your hope to gain out of this work?
Was a great process from start to finish. Great phone screen, awesome layout for in person meeting, and was awesome having a mix of individuals from the Exec team to more junior taff in the first in person.

Interview process was long and drawn out. The communication was a bit scattered. My biggest red flag of concern was when being interviewed by the CEO he didn’t bother to stand up to greet me or shake my hand.
This organization has gone through a lot of changes and still has a way to go.
