Colt International Vice President - Operations interview questions

Serveral interview's with the owners of the company. Interviews focused on strategic direction of the company and the operaitons environment. Having been a mostly fuel company expansion to trip services had been an ongoing challenge and they needed somebody that not only understood how an operational system needed to be built to support vendors, internal and external customers. It also focused on the other products, services and vendor alignments needed to create a strong offering to customers currently working with its competitors.
