I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Columbia Bank in Mar 2011
Interview
Lengthy interview process....including panel interviews. Mostly fluff questions that are found in most interviews. IE why do you want to work here ...what do you know about our culture.... They really focus of customer service experience vs banking experience. Like to liken brand to Nordstrom or Ritz vs Bank of America. Play up customer service experience and downplay banking

Interview
Easy and straight forward interview process. People were very friendly and it was not hard to get a job. They asked me to sell them a pen, so get ready for one of those "cool" sales questions. Overall, just be honest and smile.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Columbia Bank (Vancouver, WA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Applied online very easily. I called the next day to check in with the manager on the status of the position and my application. Manager called me back a few days later and we discussed the position and he offered me a interview for their full time universal associate position. When I went in they were very friendly and was interviewed by the store manager and the team lead. Then I met a few other current employees at the store and they asked me a few questions as well. Over all great interview everyone was so friendly.
