Columbia Machine Engineer interview questions

Unprofessional & stressful interview process. Pushy communication at odd hours via text and repeated phone calls. Multiple interviews & meet-ups on short notice. After all that, everything went so well I expect an offer, they didn't respond for weeks to announce they've promoted from within. Even though change, outside experiance, & higher skill sets were claimed to be needed. A difficult company culture was hinted at several times. I won't apply to them in the future.
