Combined LA Westside MLS interview questions

First round was an in-house panel interview. The team did not seem to have a strong understanding of UX (they asked me to describe was a heuristic evaluation was.) 2nd round was an in-house design challenge. The challenge was specific to their existing product, which always sketches me out a bit since it feels like free work. The people seemed great and friendly, but they ultimately ghosted me, which I thought was rude considering I spent about 4 hours on an in-house design challenge.
