Interview
Phone interview with recruiter to discuss the role and responsibilities. The second interview was with a panel of managers of about two and discussed the role and how I would be a good possible candidate. If they like you than you have a third interview which was with a director.

Give me an example of how you overcame a difficult situation.
I had one phone screen for 30 mninutes with HR/talent acquisition followed by one onsite with 2 hiring managers that lasted about an hour. Very straight forward and to the point.
