I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (Berlin, CT) in June 2016
Interview
You apply online, do an online assesment thats about an hour long to test your skills, they schedule a phone interview, then if they like you they call you for an in office interview. The interview are in bulk so you're there with about 15 people learning about the company and benefits, getting a tour of the building, then about three managers start pulling people in their office for the one on one interview and then you can leave after. It took about a week or two for them to call me back and tell me I got the job. Then I had to wait a couple weeks for training to start.
The process was straight forward with little experience needed. Anyone the has very good communication skills will be perfect for the job. This is a great opportunity for beginners in the job market.
It was quick and tedious. Interviewing supervisors we not incredibly friendly. The process was longer than I thought it needed to be for a call center entry level job. You can find a better job.

I applied online. I interviewed at Comcast (Westland, MI) in Oct 2020
Interview
Pretty standard interview. If you get accepted through the first round, they'll send you an email about taking the assessment. The assessment is a job demo with different scenarios. Make sure you write things down as you go and pay attention!
