Interview
I applied online for the position. The position was not very clear, but I applied anyway. I received a call from HR approximately a month later. I had a panel style interview with the Local Director of Sales, the HR Director and one of the local Sales Managers. Their questions were pretty standard: talk about my experience, my strengths and weaknesses, what I knew about the industry and how I can apply my knowledge and experience. About 1 - 2 weeks later, I received a job offer by phone. I did try to negotiate my salary but they were unable to negotiate for this position. I was however, told about the bonus and incentives that can be given quarterly. After 24 hours, I called back to accept the offer. I was sent a hiring packet by FedEx and it outlined the position, included an official offer letter, and supplied me with information on my schedule.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast in Dec 2012
Interview
Initially was a phone call with the recruiter. Received a call a few days later to come in for a physical interview. The interview was set nearly 3 weeks later. During the interview, the person that "I would report to" was all over the place! She really had to idea how their process would work and wanted to know how we did it at my old company. She came across as if she was more interested on how my old company was running things, rather than getting to know me.
