Interview
The interview process was a 3 part process. All 3 interviews were video interviews, conducted over Teams. They contact you mainly through email, They asked you to picked the date and time, They asked the basic interview questions. They asked me to introduce myself and asked me about previous experiences.

Question 1
Name a time you had a bad experience with a customer, and how did you handle the situation?
It was quick and easy. I was interviewed by two managers. One manager was observing and the other was asking me questions. They were very nice people. At the end of the interview I was offered the job.
It was quick and easy not much to say in a negative light I actually really enjoyed my experience. I never really enjoyed these types of questions until I interviewed with them.

Tell me about a time where you had to go above and beyond
My interview with comcast was very easy going and thorough. The interview felt very much like a back and forth conversation and less of a Q&A typical interview. I also found the interviewer to be very knowledgeable and the conversation was very informative.
