The online virtual assessment was straightforward, relating to questions you may get from customers. Then questions about your personality. Nothing too difficult . I found it to be typical of call center tests.

The overwhelming majority of questions are behavioral and situational. They want specific examples from past work experience, so be familiar with S.T.A.R. method of answering questions. Use names, not generalizations. Make stuff up if you have to and commit it to memory for the interview.
It's a sales job. Tell them you are there to make money. You don't need to sugarcoat it.
