Interview
Phone interview. Then meet in person . The first interview 3 months ago went well was invited to manager of the store but later that day my phone was stolen. When I was able to retrieve my phone I emailed them about what happened. They told me the position had been filled but have one in another city. I said okay I’m on board for that NO REPY… a month later the position becomes available I reapply. The same lady interviews me. It seemed to go well. Only to receive a rejection letter a week later ? I call that retaliation. Thanks for ghosting me twice so professional.
The interview is a behavioral based interview that focuses on scenarios and responses on how to manage under pressure. Most scenarios focus on providing good customer service and working to resolution.

Interview
Was asked to make a video answering 3 questions before moving on the next step, It was odd, if employers don't have time to review a resume or conference someone that you're interested in hiring should we all just start off with a video and slide show.
