Interview
I applied online and was sent an assessment via email about a week later. After the assessment I was called into an interview with about 9 other people. The interview started with a presentation outlining the company’s history, culture, and compensation. We were then split into two groups, one for 1 on 1 interviews, and the other for a tour of the call center. Then each group switched. Overall, the experience was pleasant and it made me excited about working for them.
