Great process. The interview went very smooth and was easy to talk to the employees of the company. I would recommend this interview process to any students in search of a summer internship.

The recruter will interview you first, to get an idea of how you hold yourself and to make sure you are matched with the right job. Then your manger will interview you, this was a goal oriented interview where you are asked what you want to get out of the internship, and what job you want after.
