I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Command AI in May 2024
Interview
The interview consists of 5 rounds with two being technical. 1) Recruiter Screening 2) Take-home implementation of CommandBar 3) Live Coding Session with Devs 4) Hiring Manager 5)CEO and Founders. Overall was an easy interview, however, the communication was poor. CB takes talent seriously and pays $$ for those taking their technical assessment to respect their time and effort which is a great gesture.

Interview
I had 4 interviews with CommandBar. The first was a recruiter interview followed by an assessment then a hiring manager interview and a final round interview. CommandBar was open and transparent about their process and although it didn't lead to an offer for me I appreciated their transparency and got good vibes from the people I met.

Interview
The interview process fell short of expectations. Despite my evident overqualification, I received a generic rejection email that lacked any opportunity for discussion. Unfortunately, my inquiry for feedback was met with no response.
