tell me about a time where you made a mistake and how owned up to it
Several assessments without meeting the hiring manager. The exact opposite of what is required with the role in question, Customer Success. Assessments are necessary but three is excessive without conversations about handling client objections or fostering mutual trust. After two rounds I declined to continue given they were missing the mark on true partnerships with clients.
Interview process was long and drawn out. The interviewers were rude and condescending and brought me through a 5/6 interview process just to turn around and give me a no. A complete waste of time and effort.
