I had my first interview with a recruitment agency, ATEL, which consisted of a one on one interview with a very lovely woman who was very enthusiastic and warm. After the one on one, I was led to a room with a computer where I did an aptitude test, and then waited for a call.
The interview at the Commercial Club was nerving, but very professional. I was put in a waiting area outside the head offices with other applicants. Luckily, my interviewer was a man named David, (not the owners son) and he was quite straight-forward and not over the top with his questioning. Basics were things like what I had been doing, previous work experiences, why I want the job and my availability and necessary certificates etc.
I started training the following week.
