Unique process... First round was a video call with the Hiring Manager. I guess the second round would be considered more of a super-day. It was on-site with 3 consecutive interviews. Two back-to-back 15 minute interviews with people on the team followed by a 30 minute interview with two HR reps. All conversations were casual and all questions were behavioral/fit.

More of a general conversation with some questions about general experience throughout for the team members. HR asked essentially every situational question you could think of.
