Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me to conduct a performance task evaluating a program that was happening in Dallas.
I got in touch with them through a recruiter. They conducted a one time zoom interview, and I got asked behavioral questions about how I work with teams and individually.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Commit Partnership (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Company started off somewhat organized in getting interview started but ended poorly, recruiting simply went MIA. . 3- 4 conversations in total. Initial phone screening, interview with a team member where a simple excel exercise is conducted with 30 min time limit. From their next round of interview process involved an excel project, 5 slides presenting a case in front of 2 team members. All in all process took 7-8 hrs of prep, 3-4 weeks, just so company would decide to not follow up on any emails or calls. Very unprofessional. Advice to organization, have respect for each candidate. If someone is not the right fit, simply communicate that and provide closure to your candidates who donated 8 hrs of their time.
